I appreciated the excellent communication before my arrival. Check-in provided helpful suggestions for visits and airport details. Francesca was EXTREMELY informative and friendly. She enhanced my stay. She offered vaporetto tips for reaching various locations and told us about the Traghetto.

Soundproofing could improve because I noticed some noise from adjacent rooms.

The hotel is easy to find and about a 20-minute walk with luggage from Piazzale Roma bus station. The hotel sits in Canneregio, steps from canalside bars and restaurants on Fondamenta de la Misericordia and Fondamenta de la Capuzine.

The hotel features a lovely breakfast area with canalside tables. Every member of staff from reception to breakfast servers were friendly. They ALWAYS wished us 'Bon giorno', which I appreciated. It was such a polite welcome.

this hotel was an excellent place. it is located in a quiet courtyard away from the hustle so nights were peaceful. the rooms are spacious i appreciated the double-height space in the salute room. it.

the ac unit struggled to cool the room on the mezzanine level it remained quite warm throughout the night

the location was acceptable. it was in a quieter area, away from mass tourism, but near restaurants and cafes.

the noise isolation was a big issue in my room. i could hear everything happening in the hallway and next door (it sounded like a party sometimes). it made it difficult to relax and sleep well.

charming canalside escape

excellent locationquiet courtyardmold problem

the hotel had an excellent location a short walk from the train station. the courtyard setting made it quiet despite nearby restaurants. breakfast included a buffet and hot items were cooked to order in a cute space.

our room had a serious mold problem all of our belongings smelled after our stay. the air conditioning only worked on the fan setting so we could not properly air out the room. we had to endure poor air conditions for three nights.

the staff was friendly and kind they provided helpful information about the area the room was cleaned daily it was quite nice. the location was away from the crowded tourist areas i appreciated this. the bed was comfortable i slept well.

the breakfast room was small and sometimes crowded this made it less relaxing. the breakfast variety was limited for someone who prefers a larger selection. i noticed some noise from neighboring rooms early in the morning this slightly disturbed my sleep.
